    Implementation of Anti Ragging Measures
1. Every student has to furnish a character certificate from institution where from he / she has passed the qualifying examination. This certificate should mention his / her behavior pattern specially of not displaying any persistent violent or aggressive behavior.
2. An intense watch is maintained on students having negative entry is this aspect
3. An annual undertaking taken signed jointly by the student and his / her parent stating that each of them has read the relevant instructions / regulations against ragging as well as punishment and that if the ward a found guilty he / she shall be proceeded against. Such undertaking is desired in English as well as in the mother tongue of the parent at beginning of each academic year.
4. A similar undertaking is obtained every year from each student admitted to the hotel.
5. Directions of the Apex Court and State Govt. are depicted in the prospective for admission.
6. A professional counselor is engaged at the time of admission to counsel fresher in order to prepare them for the life ahead and for adjusting for the life in the hostel.
7. A clear gap of two weeks is kept between date of joining of the fresher’s and seniors. Parents are instructed to send their wards only on date of joining and not before.
8. A joint sensitization program and counseling for both seniors and fresher’s is arranged where Principal & Convener of Anti Ragging Committee addresses. Inmate of the hostel are addressed by the warden.
9. There is an Anti Ragging Committee and an Anti Ragging squad comprising of senior teachers of the institution and representative of Civil & Police administration.
10. A mentoring cell is established in the college and senior students are involved as mentors of the fresher’s.
11.. Anonymous random surreys are conducted to ensure that the campus is genuinely ragging tree.
12. No student is allowed to stay in private commercially managed hostel outside the campus.
