Every student has to furnish a character certificate from institution where from he / she has passed the qualifying examination. This certificate should mention his / her behavior pattern specially of not displaying any persistent violent or aggressive behavior. |

An annual undertaking taken signed jointly by the student and his / her parent stating that each of them has read the relevant instructions / regulations against ragging as well as punishment and that if the ward a found guilty he / she shall be proceeded against. Such undertaking is desired in English as well as in the mother tongue of the parent at beginning of each academic year. |

A similar undertaking is obtained every year from each student admitted to the hotel. |
