The college has been recognized by Medical Council of India for intake of hundred seats vide MCI letter No. U.12012/60/2006—M.E. (P. (ii)) dated 02 Jan 2007.
The College has proceeded for increased capacity for 150 seats in 2008. IInd renewal inspection will be held in year 2009-10.
