Dr Bansal has supervised and mentored fellows, medical students and research scholars for various research projects. Dr Bansal has participated in over >110 research projects, has >80 publications (>850 citations), >20 book chapters, won >75 awards in ophthalmology and has attended >80 national and international conferences. Dr Rolika Bansal is currently an executive member for Oculoplastic Association of India and Young Oculoplastic Association of India.
